The consultant will manage physical security at all corporate sites, and will be responsible for auditing security systems and employee procedures on a routine basis.  The consultant will monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and serve as the company’s point of contact with local law enforcement in the event of an emergency.  The consultant will also serve as the designated liaison to vendors who provide security services for the company.  This position will also work closely with the systems team, the facilities team, and the legal team to develop and implement business continuity strategies and operational procedures.

The consultant will assist with on-site investigations of accidents or criminal activity, and will keep the Security Director apprised of any liabilities facing the company at its headquarters or other sites.  The consultant will also hold security briefings and conduct security training seminars on a routine basis for the security force and other employees as appropriate.  The consultant will be responsible for these and other duties as assigned by the Security Director.
